Hello. Yeasterday everyone is supposed to be able to install preload of fifa 21. But the preload on my origin wont start downloading. This message comes up every time i try ''We're sorry, Origin was unable to download your game. Please check your internet connection, or try again later.'' I have tried everything but nothing works. Does anyone have the same issue and know how to fix it? And also on the game it sais percent playabletstr. Please help. Thanks.

Hello, I bought the Fifa 23 Ultimate Edition on the day the pre-order launched, I had to buy it through the PS4 Fifa 22 because there was an error on the PS5 Fifa 22. Now I want to pre download the game and on my PS5 it says that I can only pre download the PS4 FIFA 23 version, and obviously as I bought the Ultimate edition I should have access to both versions and I want to pre download the PS5 version, anyone know how can I pre download it?
The pre download button might only be available on the platform where you made the Ultimate edition purchase (PS4).Let's wait until release day to see if you can download the PS5 version. There shouldn't be a problem since you got the Dual entitlement with the Ultimate edition.
